The whole knives and fork are forged in a single mass ofstainless steel. The steel Z50C13, Rockwell 54-56 HRC, is tempered,ground and polished crosswise to produce a high-quality tool, greatcutting power, cutting hardness and balance. The handle and the bolsterof the steel are forged to have the same look as our fully forgedknives. POM handles are manuallyset  and mounted on the tang using three through rivets.

The cleaver is unforged.

The sharpening rod, manufactured in high-carbon steel, is temperedproviding much greater hardness than knives. The handle is made ofBlack Wood.

All the knives are maintened with magnetic barrs.

Fromforging to packaging, we garantee that all our operations are performedin the Thiers region in FRANCE by skilled workers to ensure aprofessional quality craft finish. The wooden case is manufactured by an artisanal company in the Thiers region.
